Daniel Browne
During a 15-year professional rugby career in Europe, Daniel successfully built a significant property portfolio back in his native New Zealand including a number of new build projects, residential conversions and renovations. Since retiring from rugby 5 years ago his focus has been on further developing his expertise in the property industry. Daniel now has a wide variety experience in a breadth of property disciplines, most recently specializing in commercial to residential developments.
Olly Barkley
Olly retired from a hugely exciting career in professional rugby spanning 16 years. With over 200 caps for Bath and 30 appearances for England Olly now chooses to channel the lessons and disciplines he learnt in professional sport into a career as a full time property developer. After starting his first property project at the age of 23 Olly has gone on to acquire and develop a portfolio of properties in the Bath and Bristol area while gaining experience in numerous new build projects, commercial to residential conversions and large scale renovations.
Charlie Barkley
Charlie has 12 years of high level experience across finance, business development and project management, with a proven track record delivering large scale and complex projects both internationally and domestically. After 7 years in investment banking in Switzerland Charlie went on to build and take to market a variety of companies acquiring a number of skills essential to build, manage and scale an organisation successfully. Charlie is now applying this skill set to his property journey with specific focus on commercial to residential developments.
